Even with everything in my life going down the tubes I still have my writing. Today, somebody said something really hurtful and instead of letting slide I left the room and nearly broke down to tears. This isn't normal behavior for me. I mean, yes, if I feel overwhelmed my first instinct is to be alone until the world stops being so scary but I'm usually less...brittle than this. I can usually take much more and I can survive with a scornful remark or clever, sarcastic comment on my part but now I don't feel like doing that anymore. I don't believe it! I've totally lost all the notes I wrote relating to the Poisoned Apple. I'm afraid that the story will be on a semi-permanent hold until I can find them. As incredibly frustrating as this is, there is one small ray of light. I recently got Netflix at my house so I've been watching anime and MLP to my hearts content for the last...however long it's been since I last posted a journal entry. I also have access to Youtube via my Blue-ray player so I've also been listening to a lot of Audio books of MLP fan fiction on Youtube. I HATE eggs with the burning passion of a thousand suns. Mind, I don't mean that I dislike eating them; quite the opposite in fact, I love eggs for breakfast. However, I cannot for the life of me cook them the way I want. Every single freaking time I do, they burn or something unfortunate happens to them. Today was a double-whammy, I burned them (though not badly enough that they were inedible)  then proceeded to drop them on the floor on my way to the kitchen table. Anyway, other than my usual egg troubles, today is slightly depressing for me because it's the day before St. Valentines Day which is also the day my parent's marriage fell apart
